1. Download the Vesalius Ventures Business Summary Form to submit an overview of your business plan or concept. This template allows faster consideration of your business. See Instructions for Business Summary for detail description.

2. Submit an electronic version of your business plan. The entire plan should consist of no more than 20 pages of text. Be concise and use layman’s terms to explain difficult and technical material.

3. Send business plan and the summary form via e-mail to bp@vesaliusventures.com or via mail (with CD enclosed) to:
